Vinification: the classic white vinification with soft pression of all grape, then the skin is divided from must. The must is fermented with selected yeast in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17 c. After many decanting and filtration, the wine is matures in steel tanks until the bottle moment.

Smell: elegant bouquet with note of flower and rape fruits
Taste: soft, full bodies and structured
